Step up Project

Step Up project is national project that established by AIESEC Viet Nam and it is allocated to 2 Pbox teams to run it. One in Ho Chi Minh city and another one in Ha Noi city. This is official group of Step Up project in HCMC.

Description:

DISCOVER NEW LANDS BY BUS TOUR.
A national project for high school and university students, giving them practical knowledge and necessary skills so that they can become responsible citizens in the future. AIESEC stands for a bus, driving its passengers to intellectual destinations of Culture Understanding, Social Responsibility and Active Learning. At each stop, students would come out and explore these new lands of knowledge with AIESEC as the tour guide.

Talent Management

1) What is Talent Management department about?

The entire thing that Talent Management department does is related to member. The main things that talent management does are planning, tracking, coaching and reviewing. In summary, everything about member are related to TM department for example doing recruitment, member selection, allocation member into the team, member learning and so on.

2) What is the job description if I join this department?

I. Managing the learning environment education and support in the set up and coordination of the learning

environment Elements;

II. Setting up and managing leadership development programs (managing and delivering partnerships related

to the talent development area - learning and/or content partnerships)

III. Implementation of the Global Competency Model and alignment of TM processes with it

IV. Implementation of the Taking Responsibilities minimums in the area

V. Knowledge management of the area

3) What skill I can learn?

I. Management skill ( like time management, emotional management)

II. Leadership skills

III. Communication skills (eg: public speaking)

Information Management and Communication

1) What is COMM & IM ?
- IM: is the collection and management of information from one or more sources and the distribution of that information to one or more audiences.
This sometimes involves those who have a stake in, or a right to that information.
- Branding & Marketing: to ensure the AIESEC Branding, also do the promotion, ensure the marketing strategies for whole AIESEC in Vietnam to position AIESEC image in stakeholder's market
- Ensure all internal & external communication channels in LC

Outgoing Exchange

1) What is Out Going Exchange department about?

OGX (Out Going Exchange) is a department by itself which facilitates the exchange process in sending Exchange Participants (EP) out overseas.

2) What is the job description if I join this department

I. Management of exchange processes (EP):

• Selection for Exchange stage

• Enter and Audit JQ form

• Acceptance procedures

• Advanced cultural, logistical, AIESEC and professional preparation

• Virtual communication and home LC connection

• Re-integration

• Evaluation of stakeholder’s satisfaction

II. Ensure exchanges in LC are working according to IXPQS;( International eXchange Policies

& Quality Standards)

III. Recruit students to go for Exchange

IV. Matching( technical)

Incoming Exchance

1) What is Incoming Exchange department about?

ICX is about bringing in foreign interns to have their internship in Vietnam.

2) What is the job description if I join this department

I. Manage the exchange team, coaching and tracking (and building effective structure);

II. Responsible for matching in interns for internship in Vietnam

III. Planning, Tracking, Coaching and Reviewing of exchange area;

IV. Internal and external reporting of exchanges;

V . Management of exchange processes (TN):

• Enter and Audit JQ form

• Acceptance procedures

• Matching

• Intern preparation and reception

• Intern introduction into organization

• Integration them to Malaysia culture

• Evaluation of Stakeholder’s satisfaction

3) What skill I can learn?

I. Communication
