Talent Management


1) What is Talent Management department about?
The entire thing that Talent Management department does is related to member. The main things that talent management does are planning, tracking, coaching and reviewing. In summary, everything about member are related to TM department for example doing recruitment, member selection, allocation member into the team, member learning and so on.

2) What is the job description if I join this department?
I. Managing the learning environment education and support in the set up and coordination of the learning
environment Elements;
II. Setting up and managing leadership development programs (managing and delivering partnerships related
to the talent development area - learning and/or content partnerships)
III. Implementation of the Global Competency Model and alignment of TM processes with it
IV. Implementation of the Taking Responsibilities minimums in the area
V. Knowledge management of the area

3) What skill I can learn?
I. Management skill ( like time management, emotional management)
II. Leadership skills
III. Communication skills (eg: public speaking)
IV. Decision Making skills
V. Experience in team work
VI. Structuring and planning skills
VII. Organizing skills

4) What opportunity I have?
I. Get to know more about AIESEC knowledge.
II. Get to interact with member.
